Adam Wright leads erevno and is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and works as a Planning and Governance advisor to First Nations communities across Canada. Over the past 13 years, Adam has worked in various sectors including private consulting, non-profit, government and academia all with a focus on the planning and land management processes that regulate and guide land development on First Nations' land.
Most recently, Adam worked with the First Nations Lands Management Resource Centre where he provided land use planning and lands governance support to First Nations across Canada. Prior to this, Adam worked as a consultant for a First Nations community in NW Ontario in support of resource and infrastructure development. Adam also has experience working for the Ontario government (MECP) supporting Duty to Consult and Environmental Assessment processes for various large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure development projects throughout Ontario.
In addition to this work, Adam volunteers for his profession and has sat as a Director for planning organizations at both the provincial and national level and currently he sits as an adjunct professor with the University of Guelph in the school of Rural Planning and Development.
